The rates include V.A.T., electricity consumption for light, gas, cutlery, linen change (bed sheets and towels). All linen is supplied and changed once a week. Weekly rates are thought since Saturday to Saturday (it is however possible to agree differently). Expected time of arrival is since 15:30 to 19:30 and departure not later than 10 a.m. of the latest day. For the reservation is required a booking deposit (30% of the total price). For final cleanings the following rates apply: € 50 for Cipresso -- € 40 for Pino -- € 50 for Quercia -- € 40 for Ulivo -- € 30 for Rural Lounge and Common Kitchen
There are not final cleanings rates for periods less than a week, but it is required that the apartments are left in order.
Eventual daily expenses are due for electric heaters and/or fireplaces:
