Tresa"
Podere Tresa is
a typical rural farmhouse built in stones
and
bricks having ceilings in oak wood beam and rural tiles floor.
It is surrounded by
a 35 hectare expansion cultivated as wheat,
sunflower and olive trees; there is as well a variegated orchard and a
small wood at the edge of the farmhouse.
There are four
available flats for your
holidays with guaranteed privacy, hereafter named:
"Cipresso", "Pino", "Quercia" and "Ulivo".
Each flat has an indipendent entrance.
CIPRESSO (Accomodates 7):
First
floor (89 mq): one sitting room with a large fireplace, one bedroom
with 2 single beds, one double bedroom, a kitchen completely fitted
out, two bathrooms.
Second floor (25 mq): a
double bed
room, a relax area with bed settee
PINO (Accomodates 2+2):
Second
floor (42 mq): a sitting room with bed settee, a double bedroom, a
kitchenette completely fitted out, a bathroom.

QUERCIA (Accomodates
6):
First
floor (47 mq): one entertainment area, a kitchen/diningroom with
fireplace
Second floor (65 mq): two
bedrooms with two single beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom

floor (50 mq): a kitchen/dining/entertainment area with fireplace
and bed settee, a double bedroom, a bathroom

All
flats have
their own independent entrance; furthermore, all the guests have at
their disposal many facilities like:
- a sunny swimming
pool (12 x 6 mt.) near the flats and closeby
a peaceful olive grove
- a covered parking
area
- a
tennis table
- a
large park with tables
and deck chairs,
articulated in staircases, terraces, porticos with a lot of shady trees
in sunny area opened to beautiful landscapes.
We also
wish to
inform you that a large rural
lounge is available,
an ideal place for parties and banquets. It's
a 160 mq place at ground floor featured by a very large fireplace,
oakwood tables and benches, nice lighting. This place is subject to
booking and reserved exclusively to Tresa guests.
Guests have
the
choise of being totally self contained and enjoying their own privacy
or mixing with the other guests.
